I have always enjoyed cooking! I can remember as a 5 year old I would sit in my grandmother’s yard with her decorative outdoor pots (it’s a thing) and gather anything and everything that resembled “that looks like it could go in soup,” and dump it in with some dirt and water. Mud soup was my specialty. These days I’m making more edible dinners for the fam and this Turkey Chili has become a favorite.
I never know where to start with this topic because there are people at so many different points of the fitness journey and I want to be sensitive to them all. I don’t want anyone to feel shamed or judged because of something I might share regarding my journey. SO hear this upfront-
I’ve been seeing so many people make bucket lists for specific seasons. I was inspired not so much by everyone’s lists, but by the concept of making the most of each season. Having young kids, it’s easy for me to let the time pass without being super intentional; especially since we’re homebodies! We often idealize days in and have to be really conscious about getting out of the house at times. So a Fall bucket list = yes please. When I went to make mine, I followed some advice from you guys in order to help with expectations:
